  • Advance payment
  • one-off payments

We accept the following forms of payment;

  • Cash
  • Credit*/debit card
  • Standing order
  • BACS

*Please note there is a 2% charge on credit cards


Cancellation Policy

  • A notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations
  • Less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee

  • We reserve the right to halt treatment if you are under the influence of intoxicating substances
  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment on the grounds of verbal, mental or physical abuse
  • We reserve the right to pass information onto relevant authorities should the need arise
