What is a Panic Attack?
A Panic Attack is a sudden surge of fear and overwhelming anxiety.
There are vast causes of panic attacks many streaming from severe stress. They can also be caused by a medical condition and other physical reasons. Typical signs can include avoidance of certain places or people, sudden sweating, clamminess, and shortness of breath, and the feeling that you might die.
You may even feel like you’re dying or going crazy. Left untreated, panic attacks can lead to panic disorder and other problems.
