What is Stress?
Stress is the bodies way of responding to demand. Chemicals are released into the blood to deal with the strain.
Stress can be both positive and negative. Many think stressors are negative such as a busy schedule or a bad day at work, however, anything that puts a demand on you can be classified as stressful. Common signs of negative stress include headaches, low energy, upset stomach, chest pains, and insomnia.
