Hi, I’m Hannah. I am married and have five children, although some of them are adults now. Originally from Torbay, I live near Dartmouth now. I love being at home, spending time with my family and walking my dog. My main hobbies are reading and learning.
Having spent most of my adult life battling depression, anxiety and low self-esteem, and many a year on medication, two years ago, I decided to change things. With the support of my doctor, I came off the medication. I read the latest studies on depression, educating myself with knowledge. My diet and exercise routine changed too, and help illuminate and inflammation in my body. These combined steps helped me wean off the medication, and I haven’t looked back.
The final piece of my puzzle was undergoing hypnotherapy. During these sessions, I was able to release myself from my inner beliefs and the emotions around specific life events.
Using my experience, I decided to retain as a hypnotherapist. Having completed my training with Chris Fleet at the Devon School of hypnotherapy, I now am a professional hypnotherapist. My professional registrations include the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
I feel passionate about supporting people to achieve their desire and to live life to the full. I have helped people with a variety of issues, from weight loss to anxiety, low self-esteem, to phobias and habit breaking.
My field of speciality is female mental health and low self-esteem. I believe everyone has the potential inside them to reach their goal and to live the life they dream of, and I can’t wait to help you achieve your goals.
